Hi! Thank you so much for visiting my little slice of the web! My name is Dasche (dash) Kingston. I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a NASM certified personal trainer, and lifestyle coach. My main goal is to help you feel as good as you can possibly feel through diet, exercise, and positivity.

I began my journey in natural health at or around 13 where I was taught how to make different teas, tinctures, salves, and meals with specific vitamins and minerals to treat different health issues from a basic cough, to much more complex issues such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. I physically saw so many people come in extremely sick, and eventually get well after several visits of being advised on diet and lifestyle changes and implementing those changes into their lives. The transformations from sickly to a state of such great health were like night and day, and the only “medicine” I saw any of them taking was food! I know this is what initially grabbed my interest in this field, though I didn’t exactly realize it at the time.

I began my fitness journey in 2015. After quitting therapy due to no longer being able to afford it, I found myself emotionally eating, stuffing myself beyond the point of full. I had gained 50 pounds, and I was miserable and really uncomfortable in my own body. I felt disgusted with myself to the point I could barely look at myself in the mirror. I found myself falling into negativity, and I knew with the lack of a support system, the only person that was going to get me through it was me – it was a very tough journey, more mentally than anything else, but I lost the weight in 3.5-4 months after doing away with the typical SAD (Standard American Diet), and putting myself on a fully raw vegan diet of just fruits and vegetables, with little initial exercise. The pain of knowing what it felt like to have no support through that situation gave me a burning desire to become a personal trainer and nutritionist so that I could properly be there for others who were in my position. I want to be the support system to others that I didn’t have, but so desperately could have used. Support is such a powerful tool, and one I think everyone should have available to them.

I suffered from severe daily headaches, stomach aches, dizziness, nausea, and bloating for over a year and cured those symptoms within a week of changing to a plant-based diet. Between that and personally witnessing so many people curing themselves of ‘incurable’ diseases like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease through diet and lifestyle changes, I feel that helping others in the same boat is one of my major life duties. To say that I am deeply passionate about health, fitness, and helping people find internal happiness is a severe understatement. In my opinion, it is completely unacceptable to sit back and do nothing when you’re in a position to help someone, anyone, better their life. I never knew what my life mission was, but now I am certain, this is it! Helping people feel better about themselves is what I was born to do.
