Hi! If you’re ready to get fit and even more fabulous than you already are, you’re in the right place! I am a NASM certified personal trainer, also certified in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). I run a 12-week HIIT program for those looking to lose weight, tone up their entire body, as well as gain strength, speed, and endurance.
While the workout routine is intense, it is totally doable, but you’re definitely going to have to put in some work, and you will sweat! If you’re serious about toning up your entire body, my plan will do just that. All participants, including myself, have reported feeling a great deal stronger and faster during, and especially upon completion.
Workouts are done on Mondays (legs), Wednesdays (arms and abs), and Fridays (fully body, which includes a 15-minute butt workout). If you need the days adjusted, this is no problem.
My availability Monday through Friday is as follows:
6:30 a.m. ………. 10:30 a.m.
7:30 a.m. ………. 11:30 p.m.
8:30 a.m. ………. 1:00 p.m.
9:30 a.m. ………. 2:00 p.m.
