One-On-One Consulting – Initial Meeting – $150. Price includes initial diet and lifestyle evaluation (judgment-free, always), cabinet and fridge audit (see below), assisting you with recipe ideas/resources, meal planning, and shopping for healthier food items. This could take anywhere from 1-6 hours depending on how much food you have, and the severity of the issue. $50/hr thereafter.
*This option can and will change your life if you’re truly committed, and is ideal for those suffering with chronic pain, disease, or weight issues.
In a nutshell, the above option provides you with a vast array of knowledge as to how and why the food you’re eating has you sick and/or in pain or overweight, and will give you the tools needed to get yourself on a healthier path. When we meet we will go over your complete health history, current diet and presenting issues, as well as any goals you wish to work towards. A few examples are: eating to stabilize your blood sugar and fight cravings, improve your heart health, how to eat healthy on a tight schedule or budget, etc. There is a lot I need to learn about your health history, lifestyle, preferences, daily schedule, and habits in order to tailor specific recommendations for you and your individual needs. Cabinet and Fridge Audit – $125
Learn what in your kitchen may be derailing your family’s health, as well as healthy alternatives to some of you favorite items. During your 1-2 hour audit, we will go through all the food in your cabinet and fridge, and I will point out dangerous ingredients, explain why and how they are dangerous, and provide healthier option ideas. We can also go through your cookware, and cleaning supplies. Note: You are encouraged to take notes during our time together. If you would like an in-depth report of my findings, and a full recap of everything we discussed, one can be provided for you for an additional price of $75.00.
Grocery Store/Farmer’s Market Tour – $100/hour first hour, $50/hr thereafter
We’ll go grocery shopping together or tour a Farmer’s Market. On our trip, you’ll learn how to read ingredient labels, recognize deceptive marketing tactics on food packaging, point out toxic ingredients, what items to purchase and why, easy snack and meal ideas, budget saving shopping tips, and more. Note: You are encouraged to take notes during our time together.
Group Nutritional Counseling – $100/hour first hour, $50/hr thereafter
This is a great service for families who are all trying to get on the same page regarding a family member’s chronic illness.
Educational Speeches – $100/hour
Topics are endless regarding nutrition, fitness, and health.
